Demystifying trigger chocolate
Upbio is the first Canadian company to market a chocolate with theine, the active ingredient in green tea. There is naturally 4 mg of caffeine per 5g piece of 70% cocoa dark chocolate, which gives the chocolate its energizing effect. An Upbio stimulating chocolate contains an additional 40mg of theine which is extracted from the green tea leaf.
